Group Classes
Our classes are intentionally small, with a maximum of 4 participants. This allows us to bring our expert teaching and individualized attention to each person. Classes are thoughtfully designed to be movement focused rather than level-specific, so participants can work from their current abilities. Please read below to become familiar with the intentional focus of each of our classes. We request that all participants schedule a private session to become familiar with our studio and teaching approach before signing up for a group class.
When registering each class will be identified as a Large equipment class, utilizing primarily the Reformer or Chair, Small equipment class, utilizing primarily pieces like the Roller, Spine Corrector, Towel or Circle, or Floor/Mat based class along with one of the focuses described below.
Alignment and Posture
Alignment and posture - this class is about strengthening your awareness and ability to stand tall and organize your body in movement. Strength of core, spine and balance are key components that will be the focus of this movement class.
Strength and power - this class is about building strength in movement, both from a muscular perspective and a movement patterning endurance perspective.

Refine and learn - this class is about understanding the depth of the exercises and how to get the most out of the work in your body through form and awareness. This class will use more fundamental movements to build understanding of more advanced movement concepts and exercises. Don't expect this class to be beginner level but do expect to engage your brain and body connection.

Movement and flow - this class is about allowing the body to learn through movement. Focusing on continuous movement, fluid transitions and unique variations to create clarity and understanding of each exercise. Students are encouraged to have an understanding of managing their own body in movement to get the most out of this class.
