Group Classes
Our group classes are small, max of 4 people. This allows us to bring our expert teaching to each participant. Classes are designed with intention and focus; please read below to become familiar with our perspective and the descriptions of our classes. Classes are designed not with any particular level in mind but intentionally focused so participants can work from where they are at. We request that all participants schedule a private session to become familiar with our studio and teaching before signing up of a group session.
